Payments are held for a set period before they're released to your ClevrGo Card balance. Once settled, they're available to use like any other funds on your Card.
When there is a dispute
A dispute can be raised directly from the purchase screen or through your connected AI assistant.
The payment is held securely and not released to the merchant until the dispute is resolved.
The customer and merchant review the order together and work towards a resolution — whether that's redelivery, a refund or another agreed outcome.
Once both the customer and merchant confirm the agreed outcome, the payment is released accordingly.
If the dispute remains unresolved after the set period, the payment may be automatically returned to the customer.
Raising disputes without good reason can affect your trust record. Merchants may apply stricter requirements or decline to serve customers with a poor dispute history.
